Start a projectLet’s talk

Process

How a project works.

No mystery and no disappearing for weeks. Here’s exactly what happens from the first message to launch, and after.

  1. 01

    Discover

We talk through your business, your customers and what isn’t working, and agree on what success looks like.

    • A short call or video chat
    • A look at your current site, tools and analytics
    • Goals written down in plain English
  2. 02

    Plan

You get a written scope with deliverables, a timeline and a clear quote, so you know what you are getting before work starts.

    • Scope and deliverables
    • Timeline with milestones
    • Quote and what it includes
  3. 03

    Build

Work happens in small steps. Every change gets its own preview link you can open, review and comment on before anything goes live.

    • A preview link for every change
    • Regular, short progress updates
    • Feedback rounds built in
  4. 04

    Launch

We connect your domain, redirect old URLs, set up Search Console and analytics, and go live without downtime.

    • Domain, SSL and redirects
    • Search Console and sitemap
    • A final check on real phones
  5. 05

    Grow

After launch: SEO improvements, new pages, AI features and fixes as you need them. Or a clean handoff if you’d rather run it yourself.

    • Ongoing SEO and content
    • New features when you need them
    • Documentation and handoff

Preview links

See every change before it’s live.

Each change is built on its own branch and deployed to its own web address. You click the link, see your real site with the change in place, and approve it. Then it ships.

  1. 01

    A change is made

New page, copy edit, feature or fix.

  2. 02

    You get a preview link

Your site with only that change applied.

  3. 03

    You approve it

Or ask for tweaks. Nothing goes live until you say so.

  4. 04

    It goes live

Deployed automatically, in about a minute.

From you

What we’ll need

  • A short description of your business and who you serve
  • Access to your current site, domain and hosting (if you have them)
  • Logos, photos and any brand colors you already use
  • Someone who can give feedback on preview links

To you

What you get at handoff

  • All code in a repository you own
  • Hosting, domain and accounts in your name
  • A plain-English guide to editing content
  • Search Console and analytics access
  • A list of what was done and why

Principles

The rules we work by.

  • 01

    Show, don’t tell

Every change gets a preview link. You see the work itself, not a status report about it.

  • 02

    Fast by default

Speed is a feature: for visitors, for search rankings and for your hosting bill.

  • 03

    You own it

Your code, domain and accounts belong to you. No lock-in, no hostage situations.

  • 04

    AI with guardrails

Automation that logs what it did and can be undone. Helpful, never mysterious.

Step one is a conversation. Tell us what you’re working on and we’ll take it from there.
