Who we are
StudioNobe is a web development, SEO and AI integration studio in Florida, USA, owned and run by Trent Fetzer. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean StudioNobe, and “you” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us.
What we collect
When you send the contact form
We receive what you type in:
- your name and email address
- your business name and current website, if you add them
- the services you’re interested in, your budget and your timeline
- your message
The form sends these details to our inbox by email. This website doesn’t keep them in a database. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you put in that email.
When you work with us
If you become a client, we also keep what’s needed to do the work and run the business: project messages and files, access you give us to your accounts, and billing details such as invoices. How we handle your project data is also covered by your written agreement with us.
When you browse
Like every website, visiting this one sends basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to the services that host it. We don’t use that information to identify you.
How we use it
- to reply to you and talk about your project
- to do the work you hire us for, and to invoice and keep normal business records
- to keep this website working, secure and free of spam
We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and we never use your details for anything unrelated to the reason you gave them to us.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages people visit. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t follow you across other websites and doesn’t identify you. We only see totals, such as page views, the site that sent you here, your country and your type of device.
This site doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, and there’s no cookie banner because there’s nothing to consent to.
Who handles your data for us
We use a small number of trusted services to run this website. They process data on our behalf, not for themselves:
- Microsoft Azure hosts this website and delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare runs our domain’s DNS and email forwarding, and provides the analytics above.
- Our email provider stores the messages you send us.
Like most hosts, they may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect their services. We may also share information if the law requires it, for example to answer a valid court order.
Health information
Please don’t send medical or other health information through this website. Our contact form isn’t built to receive protected health information, and we don’t need it to talk about your project.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you, work on your project and keep the business records the law requires, and then delete them. If you never become a client, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
How we protect it
This site is served only over HTTPS. Contact form details go straight to our inbox instead of sitting on a web server, access to it is limited to Trent Fetzer, and we only collect what we need. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care of your information the way we’d want ours handled.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop contacting you
Send your request through the contact form and we’ll reply within 30 days. We won’t treat you any differently for asking. Because we never sell or share your data for advertising, there’s nothing you need to opt out of, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals anyway.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We’ll never change it to allow selling your data. Questions? Get in touch.
